Restaurant Don Udos
Our well-known restaurant offers our visitors a wide variety of local dishes and international inspirations.
We have many of the original recipes from Don Udo himself, who started his business in San Pedro Sula in 1983. Our specialties are fillets, dinners, fondue and homemade ravioli.
Don Udo, a chemist who became a chef, traveled the world, and once he settled in Honduras, his passion for cooking became his life.
He began to mix the ingredients as if they were chemicals, thereby evolving Don Udos into one of the leading chemist-owned restaurants in Honduras.
He has continued to innovate his culinary skills in Copán Ruinas, and our menu offers his best recipes with homemade and local products including many gourmet ingredients.
We are proud to say that we have the best meat in town.
